| Citizens’ Consultations | Civil matters (inheritance, divorce, etc.) are dealt with by the center’s consultants. |
| Traffic Accident Consultations | Consultants provide advice on compensation problems caused by traffic accidents. |
| Legal Consultation | A lawyer provides free legal advice. (Reservation required) *Once a year for citizens. |
| Consumer Affairs Consultation | Consultants answer questions about contracts and cancellation of contracts for goods and services. |
| On-demand Seminars | Lecturers are dispatched to give seminars on themes such as “How not to be a victim of malicious business practices”. |
