The 2nd Issue of Hamamatsu Local Newpaper “The Neighbour is a Foreigner!” Now Available!

The Hamamatsu Intercultural Center has published the 2^nd issue of “The Neighbour is a Foreigner”, a local tabloid about foreigner living in the local area and their cultural exchanges.

In this issue, we feature a guest lecture that was held by Kamigumi Neighbourhood Association in Iida-cho, Minami-ku in Hamamatsu City.
