It is expected that the counter at Citizens Life Division (Kumin Seikatsu-ka) in Naka-ku Ward Office (1F of City Hall, main building) will be very crowded from March 13 (Mon) to April 10 (Mon). The parking lot of the City Hall may be full, and as a result you may not be able to park.
If you would like to report a change of address, you may also do so at a Collaboration Center, however if you are a foreign national you will not be able to do this (if you are naturalized, you can).
