The Hamal Music Project is a group of researchers and musicians who want to create opportunities in Hamamatsu using Music Education to connect children with foreign roots by multicultural exchange.
The name of the project came by combining “Hamamatsu” with “Multicultural Music Education”
You can take a look at their website here! (Japanese only)
The group’s first activity was the La La La Rhythm Club for elementary schoolers with foreign roots. It started during the summer holidays, every Tuesday and Thursday in August, from 13:30 to 15:30, at the Gotou Collaboration Centre.
