Presented by: Prof. Ryo Takeda (Professor at Shizuoka University for Arts and Culture (SUAC))
Professor Takeda studies poverty and environmental issues in developing countries. He specializes in development anthropology and environmental sociology. He has lived and conducted research in rural villages in Costa Rica and Papua New Guinea. He aims to consider what is better for international cooperation from the perspective of local people living abroad.
