Houterasu is an official legal advice center established by the national government with offices throughout the country.

Key Points About Our Service:

Point 1) Free legal advice is available for those who cannot afford it.

Point 2) We can make an appointment for an interpreter to join the consultation at the nearest Houterasu near where client lives.
