The Hamamatsu Foundation for International Communication and Exchange (HICE) is currently accepting donations to provide relief for the large-scale earthquake that shook Morocco on September 9, 2023. The recipient of the donations will be decided by the end of October from a pool of internationally-active NPOs, such as Doctors Without Borders. The chosen recipient will be announced on the HICE website.
